A centre for permaculture in the area of Thessalia in the mainland of Greece, decided to create a festival of art. Their team of volunteers alongside the permanent residents cleared a large dry stony area of land, of all but the rugged trees and plants. In the resulting space, they constructed a stage, kitchen, tables, toilets, studio space etc, out of largely, found materials.
A festival celebrating permaculture, music and painting took place over a 3 day period.
